Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
At Hum and Strum Music School ("we," "our," or "us"), we recognize that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling booked music classes and services through our online platform.
2. Class Cancellations by Students
2.1 Cancellation Notice

Classes: Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled class time to cancel.

Packages/Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations for package deals or monthly subscriptions must be communicated at least 7 days before the start of the new billing cycle.
2.2 Refunds

Classes: If cancellation notice is given at least 24 hours in advance, a makeup class credit will be applied to your account in accordance with our Makeup Policy. No refunds will be issued.

Packages/Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the new billing cycle will receive a prorated credit for the remaining classes. No refunds will be issued.
2.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior cancellation notice will result in the forfeiture of the class fee, with no credits or refunds issued.
3. Class Cancellations by Hum and Strum Music School
3.1 Notice of Cancellation

In the event that we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, technical issues), we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative class time or makeup credit.
3.2 Refunds and Credits

If we cancel a class, students may choose to reschedule or receive a full credit to their account for future use. Refunds will not be provided.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel a class, package, or event booking, please use one of the following methods:

Online: Log in to your account on our website, navigate to your bookings, and follow the cancellation prompts.
5. Amendments to the Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
